Desizing & Enzymes

Desizing products

Desizing products are used to remove the starch material from the fabric. By using desizing agents can remove the sizes from the warp threads following the weaving process and prior to further processing.

  • To increase the absorbency power of the fabric.
  • To increase the affinity of the fabric to the dry chemicals.
  • To make the fabric suitable for the next process.
  • To increase the luster of the fabric, increase of dyeing and printing.
PRODUCTS IONIC APPLICATION FEATURES
ACME SIZE CDS Anionic Polyester, Nylon, Coton, T/C and etc., Desizing agent is a chemical compound used in textile industry to remove sizing agents like Acrylic, PVA from the fabric.
Acme Size DS Nonionic Polyester, Nylon, Coton, T/C and etc., Sizing agents are added to the fabric during the manufacturing process to improve its weaving and processing properties.
ACME SIZE EDA Nonionic Cellulose - based fibers such as cotton and others Enzymatic agents are biological molecules, typically proteins, that act as catalysts to speed up chemical reactions in various processes. In the textile industry, enzymatic agents are commonly used for various purposes such as desizing, scouring, bleaching fabric.

Enzymes Products

PRODUCTS IONIC APPLICATION FEATURES
Biozyme NE Enzyme Cellulose based fibers such as cotton and others Highly concentrated neutral Bio-polishing enzymes are an eco-friendly alternative to harsh chemical treatments used in textile finishing processes. These enzymes are derived from natural sources, such as bacteria or fungi, and are used to. improve the feel and appearance of cotton fabrics by removing protruding fibers and creating a smoother surface.
Biozyme AE Enzyme Cellulose based fibers such as cotton and others Highly concentrated Acid Bio-polishing enzymes are an eco-friendly alternative to harsh chemical treatments used in textile finishing processes.
